Am Donnerstag den 21.03.2013 wurde ein neugeregeltes Gesetz zur Bestandsdatenauskunft vom Bundestag abgesegnet und vom Bundesplenum verabschiedet.
Zukünftig könnte sich so das Bundes Kriminal Amt (BKA) ohne Richtervorbehalt, persönliche Daten von Bürgern über IP Adressen und Telefonnummern durch die Provider zugänglich machen. Nicht nur bei Straftaten sondern auch Ordnungswidrigkeiten kann das BKA über eine Schnittstelle quasi per Knopfdruck, persönliche Daten des Anschlussinhabers abfragen.

Bei diesem Gesetz wurden die Abfragemöglichkeiten nicht begrenzt. Neben Personendaten könnten damit auch Daten wie PIN, PUK oder Email Passwörter vom zuständigen Provider abgefragt werden.

Das Kollektiv Anonymous lässt sich diesen Einschnitt in die Privatsphäre und die damit zusammenhängende Verfassungswidrigkeit gegen den Datenschutz nicht gefallen.
Statistiken der vergangenden Vorratsdatenspeicherung haben gezeigt, dass durch solch eine Datensammelwut nicht mehr Verbrechen aufgeklärt wurden, als ohne Vorratsdatenspeicherung.

Diese schnelle Verabschiedung des Gesetzes zur Bestandsdatenabfrage ist nur ein Verzweifelungsakt der beteiligten Parteien CDU, SPD wie auch die FDP, um die Ablehnung der Vorratsdatenspeicherung durch Bürger und Gerichte, zu kompensieren.

Durch eure Überwachungs- und Datensammelwut, weckt ihr ein Monster, welches ihr nicht besänftigen könnt.


Wir wollen keine Internetpolizei geregelt durch das BKA!

Ihr braucht keine übertriebene Überwachung der Bürger!

Greetings Citizens of the World.

It is vital the information we are going to share with you is made viral as quickly as possible. The ethnic Rohingya people of Myanmar Burma in Southeast Asia are about to be massacred. Barbarous acts are being carried out by Neo-Nazi racist groups like the Rakhine Nationalities Development Party, Arakan Liberation Army, NaSaKa border police and 969 monks led by Monk Wirathu, the self proclaimed Bin Laden of Buddhism. The Government of Myanmar is orchestrating these crimes.

The persecution of the Rohingya people is severe. The Burmese junta considers them to be sub-human and denies them almost all basic human rights. They are subject to torture, gang rape, starvation, slave labor, and forced to reside in the most dire camps in the world - some call these refugee camps but they are actually concentration camps. Over the past few months, thousands of Rohingya have been encouraged onto boats and sent out to sea with not enough food or fuel, and left there to die. Many boats were attacked and sunk, with women and children on board.

Already the violence in Burma has spread beyond the Rohingya to include all Muslims, with 'warm ups' to the anticipated massacre taking place against Burmese Muslims in Meiktila, Naypyidaw and Yangon. Dead and burning bodies, including children, are now lying in the streets.

While the United States claims to defend human rights, their record clearly reflects a government that will only intercede when their business interests are threatened. While politicians occasionally pay lip service to the horrific conditions in Myanmar no action is ever taken. The only people neglecting the situation in Myanmar worse than the U.S. are the press who consistently ignored these atrocities or reported them as 'ethnic clashes'. We consider the media to be complicit in concealing them from the rest of the world.

The Rohingya have been told to expect a third massacre starting the last week in March. Rakhine have declared they will leave no Rohingya left on the land, just a few left as exhibits for the museum.

The acts of genocide being committed against the Rohingya people must no longer be ignored. We call on the Anonymous collective to stand with those for whom no one else will stand. We call on Anonymous and all supporters of human rights to stand against this great injustice, to give the Rohingya a voice, before they are completely eliminated.

This is a call to the Anonymous to express their solidarity with the people of Occupied Kashmir, who after decades of oppression, are now being completely cut-out from the rest of the world.

On February 9, the Indian government executedof Afzal Guru, in connection with 2001 Parliament attack. The question whether he was guilty or not is debatable and the majority of Kashmiris and people from civil rights groups within India and Amnesty International maintain that Afzal wasn't give a fair trail and was hanged to death to satisfy the 'collective conscience' of the Indian society.

This demonstration of differential justice treatment for the Muslim Kashmiris ignited a wave of outrage among the population. In anticipation of this reaction, even before the Indian Home Ministry confirmed that Afzal Guru had been hanged and his family notified, a media blackout and a strict curfew was enforced in almost every part of Kashmir and the internet shutdown. The execution sparked a wave of protests in the region followed by a brutal repression. Many protesters have been injured and three deaths at the hands on Indian forces have been confired and people fear that the toll will rise.

Since the beginning, the media blackout has intensified in parallel to an escalation of the violence toward the protestors. The latest report is that following night protests in Watergaam, an injured youth remains in critical condition. The curfew is planned to remain until Friday. Much can happen to protesters without the eyes of the world on Kashmir to witness their plight. The curfew is still in place as this press release is being written and we have received reports from people in Kashmir that there is a shortage of essential supplies.We asked to all Anons to join us in helping lifting the curfew, and re-establish a media presence and the internet to make sure the Kashmiris are safe from repression and their aspirations are heard by the world.

There is one greedy son of a bitch that tried to though, his name is OfficialAnonymousTV1. He re-uploaded this idea on January 4th, 2013, this would normally be fine and encouraged. The more we share, the more people can find new knowledge. However OfficialAnonymousTV1 didn't understand the purpose or meaning of this idea, he perverted it with a new idea of greed & wealth. He saw an opportunity to steal from the people, and he dove headfirst into a corrupt hole of filth.

OfficialAnonymousTV1 Has stolen every video on his channel and profits off of an idea meant to be free for all by putting advertisements on these videos, which again he did not make. To profit off the idea of Anonymous is bad enough, but to steal other peoples work and profit off free ideas... There's no excuse for that. When you were warned to take the advertisements off the videos, you ignored us. When you were asked to change your name and acknowledge there is no "official Anonymous" you failed to see reason.

So we are left with no other option, your channel must be shut down. You're done stealing other peoples work for profits, your done misusing the name Anonymous, your done spreading disinformation to people. Recently some of you may of heard about a cover up, involving rape.

In Steubenville, Ohio, the 16-year old girl was at her girlfriend's house. Where these two animals drugged her, kidnapped her, and proceeded to transport her comatose body to party after party, raping her both vaginally, and anally as entertainment for the other party goers. They are just two members of the infamous "Rape Crew", as they call themselves.

A bunch of spoiled football players who drug and rape girls in the community. All the while this girl was being victimized, other guys were filming and tweeting pics to their friends. When the coach found out about the incident, he told his players to immediately destroy any documentation of their phones. He is best friends with the Sheriff who opted not to investigate, even though he has jurisdiction.

When the girl's parents went to the Prosecuting Attorney, she told them they didn't really have a case, and it was just going to be too painful for their daughter to take it to trial. The Prosecuting Attorney's son is one of the football players in the "Rape Crew". It goes on and on and on.

The 2 guys are being charged as minors. Rape is an adult crime.
Therefore, they should be charged as adults.

Cody Saltsman was originally charged in the gang rape. After a private back-room meeting at Naples Pasta House restaurant in Steubenville, between Saltsman's father, the Sheriff, and a certain Mr. Teramana (a wealthy Steubenville resident) -- Cody Saltsman's charges were mysteriously dismissed. Saltsman is a former boyfriend of the victim of this attack, and it appears there is quite a bit of bad blood between them, adding a layer of vengeance, and viciousness that may explain the raw brutality of the attack upon this girl.

Any schools that are scheduled to play them next season should refuse to take the field, even if it means they have to forfeit the games. Send them a message.

Everyone in that community should boycott their games. If you're going to go, at least protest.

The sheriff said "It's a disgusting video," he said. "It's stupidity. But you can't arrest somebody for being stupid." Well, Sheriff, they weren't laughing about just anything. It was obvious they witnessed something. Once again, he's protecting these animals.

Michael Nodiano, is 18 years old, and is currently a student at Ohio State University. As the video shows all too graphically, this young man is a sociopath. And needs to be in prison not living it up on a scholarship at college.
